O uso de grafos na análise de um grupo de professores e estudantes potencialmente colaborativo no contexto do projeto Futurando com Ciência

Abstract

The general aim of this research is to investigate, by means of graph analysis, a potentially collaborative group made up of teachers and students, in the context of the Futurando com Ciência project, using co-teaching as a basis for promoting horizontality in the group's relationships. It is carried out by analyzing video recordings, analyzing the direction of the participants' speeches, in order to then generate graphs (image of a network) and, from this, obtain the centrality values of degree, proximity and intermediation, with the aim of carrying out the investigation using these values in conjunction with the analysis of the videos. In this way, this work is guided by the framework of the study of graph theories and co-teaching. The analysis using graphs showed results that are directly linked to the context of the meeting, indicating signs of horizontality in the relationships established by the group. The use of elements of graph theory, together with the analysis of video recordings, proved promising for research into science education, making it possible to investigate interactions in potentially collaborative groups.

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral investigar, por meio da análise de grafos, um grupo potencialmente colaborativo, composto por professores e estudantes, no contexto do projeto Futurando com Ciência, utilizando-se a codocência como base para promover a horizontalidade das relações do grupo. Sua realização é feita através de análise de vídeo-gravações, analisando o direcionamento das falas dos participantes, para então gerar grafos (imagem de uma rede) e, a partir dela, obter os valores das centralidades de grau, proximidade e intermediação, com o intuito de realizar a investigação através destes valores em conjunto com a análise dos vídeos. Desta forma, este trabalho se orienta através do referencial do estudo das teorias dos grafos e da codocência. A análise através dos grafos apresentou resultados, que estão ligados diretamente ao contexto da reunião, apontando indícios de horizontalidade nas relações estabelecidas pelo grupo. O uso de elementos da teoria dos grafos, em conjunto com a análise das vídeogravações, mostrou-se promissor para pesquisas em educação em ciências, sendo possível investigar as interações em grupos potencialmente colaborativos.
