UM OLHAR DA ENGENHARIA DE PRODUÇÃO COM ABORDAGEM ERGOLÓGICA NO TRABALHO DE MANUTENÇÃO EM BROADCASTING

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the Maintenance and Support (MeS) activity in Broadcasting, more specifically on television, under the ergological approach. The basis of the concepts for theoretical foundation is ergology. Passing through a historical legislative contextualization of meetings and mismatches of drivers for the sector. The methodology used was the composition of the Snowball methodology with semistructured online interviews. From the transcripts of the interviews, speeches and speeches were used as data for analysis. Thus, the discourse analysis was based on Bakhtin's concepts. MeS 'work has been changing with the advancement of technology. The invisible of the stages, which were the aisles, was transformed. The backstage gained relevance with technology transforming what you see in front of the screens. However MeS work’s supports a lot of this pyramid, it ends up being seen and remembered. Furthermore when it is remembered it is because of a problem. Thus, the research concluded that the MeS activity, despite its relevance, great specificity and constant evolution, is perceived as negative. What causes a devaluation of work, internal conflicts, in addition to the search for positions of greater prestige within the productive flow in television. It hopes that work can contribute to explain the work of MeS, improve the way it is perceived and readjust the flows for it and its professionals to be more valued and seen.

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar a atividade de Manutenção e Suporte (MeS) em Broadcasting, mais especificamente em televisão, sob a abordagem ergológica. A base dos conceitos para fundamentação teórica é a ergologia perpassando por uma contextualização histórica legislativa de encontros e desencontros de direcionadores para o setor. A metodologia utilizada foi a composição da metodologia Bola de Neve com entrevistas on line semi-estruturadas. A partir das transcrições das entrevistas utilizou-se as falas, os discursos como dados para a análise. Assim a análise do discurso foi feita se apoiando nos conceitos de Bakhtin. O trabalho de MeS vem se alterando com o avanço da tecnologia. O invisível dos palcos, que eram as coxias, se transformou. Os bastidores ganharam relevância com a tecnologia transformando o que se vê frente às telas. Mas como o trabalho de MeS suporta muito dessa pirâmide acaba por não ser menos vista e lembrada. E quando é lembrado é por ter algum problema. Assim, a pesquisa concluiu que a atividade de MeS apesar da relevância, grande especificidade e evolução constante, não é percebida como positiva. O que faz com que ocorra uma desvalorização do trabalho, conflitos internos, além da busca por posições de maior prestígio dentro do fluxo produtivo em televisão. Espera-se que este trabalho possa contribuir para explicitar o trabalho de MeS, melhorar a forma como ele é percebido e reajustar os fluxos para ele e seus profissionais sejam mais valorizados e vistos.
