EDUCAÇÃO BASEADA EM SIMULAÇÃO: CENTROS DE SIMULAÇÃO REALÍSTICA E SUA IMPORTANTE LATÊNCIA NA FORMAÇÃO E CAPACITAÇÃO DE PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE

Abstract

This is a dissertation to be developed through 03 (three) articles: First article: They present bibliometric studies that advance on the perspective of recognizing realistic education as a main tool in high performance training, however, there are few that mitigate the priority effectiveness of training centers in this area of training. As a result, there are immense challenges facing the construction of such a tool, from which a question arises: Does undertaking realistic education foster a return on the high-efficiency professional training of nursing professionals? The time frame runs from 2019 to 2024 and resulted in 51 sources, 47 of which were articles published in journals indexed in the Scopus database. The analysis proposed in this article mapped the enterprise in health, through realistic education training centers, and its accuracy in professional nursing training. This study provides evidence that the topic is emerging in the literature, that there is recent literature on the subject and that there is an opportunity for international collaboration that is advancing among researchers in the selected database, especially at a national level. Turning to the authors, it can be seen that among the 10 authors with the most publications, revealed by the biblioshiny analysis platform, Nahas,W.C., Santana, B.S. and Srougi M., are the authors who have contributed the most with 02 productions each, however, Zweifach, S.M. and Triola, M.M., (2019) have been of great relevance, having reached more than 57 citations by the year 2024. The second article: Dissects in the study the objective of analyzing the perceptions of nursing professionals about realistic education and their notabilities about its implementation in the training of professionals in this area. It highlights the importance of curriculum updates and training processes optimized by the technical processes of realistic education. This is an exploratory study of a qualitative nature with a cross-sectional approach to analyzing the content of 10 closed and open questions addressed to 21 health professionals, and the number of respondents was based on the principle of saturation in qualitative studies. The conclusion is that the participation of professionals in the choice of assertive methodologies in technical and multidisciplinary training, the construction of training centers, especially in the public sphere, are key to the beginning of the work of verifying, addressing and recovering from the factors that may cause the impoverishment of the technical workforce. Third article: On December 5, 2024, a literature review was carried out in the PUBMED, SCOPUS, CINAHL, LILACS, and BDTD databases, correlating search terms for the acronym PCC. The aim was to find scientific evidence to answer the research question proposed in this study, with objective to elucidate the following: What is the contribution to the development of best technical practices through simulation-based education for public health professionals? The aim was to assess the challenge of nursing in providing care in the context of patient safety through simulation-based education practices, as well as to elucidate nurses' knowledge of this modality. The intertwining of these themes guides us towards the immense quality in the implementation of simulation-based education.

Trata-se de uma dissertação a ser desenvolvida por meio de 03 (três) artigos: Primeiro artigo: Apresentam estudos bibliométricos que avançam sobre a perspectiva de reconhecer a educação realística como ferramenta principal na formação de alto desempenho, no entanto, há poucos que mitigam a efetivação prioritária de centros de treinamento nesta área de formação. Por conseguinte, existem imensos desafios que se apresentam para a construção de tal ferramenta, a partir desta uma questão se levanta: Empreender em educação realística fomenta retorno na formação profissional de alta eficiência de profissionais de enfermagem? O recorte temporal vai de 2019 até o ano de 2024 e resultou 51 fontes, sendo 47 artigos publicados em periódicos indexados na base de dados Scopus. A análise proposta neste artigo mapeou o empreendimento em saúde, através dos centros de Treinamento em educação realística, e sua acurácia na formação profissional de enfermagem. Este estudo traz evidencias de que o tema é emergente na literatura, que há literatura recente sobre a temática e oportunidade de colaboração internacional que vem avançando entre os pesquisadores da base selecionada, principalmente a nível nacional. Voltando-se para os autores, vê-se que dentre os 10 autores com mais publicações, revelados pela plataforma de análise biblioshiny, onde Nahas,W.C., Santana, B.S. e Srougi M., são os autores que mais contribuíram com 02 produções cada, porém, Zweifach, S.M. e Triola, M.M., (2019) tem sido de grande relevância, tendo alcançado mais de 57 citações até o ano de 2024. O Segundo artigo: Disserta no estudo como objetivo analisar as percepções dos profissionais de enfermagem sobre educação realística e suas notabilidades sobre sua implementação na capacitação de profissionais desta área. Destaca-se a importância das atualizações curriculares e os processos de capacitações otimizados pelos processos técnicos de educação realística. O estudo é exploratório de natureza qualitativa com recorte transversal para análise de conteúdo de 10 questões, fechadas e abertas direcionada a 21 profissionais de saúde, já o quantitativo de respondentes foi delineado por base no princípio de saturação em estudos qualitativos. Conclui-se que a participação dos profissionais, nas escolhas de metodologias assertivas no preparo técnico e multidisciplinar, construção de centros de treinamento, principalmente na esfera pública, são peças chave para o início do trabalho de verificação, abordagem, recuperação dos fatores que possam causar o empobrecimento da mão de obra técnica. Terceiro artigo: Realizou-se, em 05 de dezembro de 2024, revisão de literatura nas bases de dados PUBMED, SCOPUS, CINAHL, LILACS e BDTD correlacionando termos de busca para o acrônimo PCC, com o objetivo de encontrar evidências científicas para responder à pergunta de pesquisa proposta no presente estudo, com objetivo de elucidar a questão: Qual a contribuição no desenvolvimento das melhores práticas técnicas através da educação baseada em simulação em profissional de saúde da esfera pública? Buscando avaliar o desafio da enfermagem na assistência ao contexto da segurança do paciente através das práticas da educação baseada em simulação, bem como elucidar o conhecimento dos enfermeiros esta modalidade. O entrelaçamento desta temática nos norteia na imensa qualidade na implementação da educação baseada em simulação.
