Computational Thinking is a style of structured thinking that seeks to solve problems in the most diverse areas. The term gained popularity after the publication of Wing, in 2006, when the author points out that this style of thinking, inherent to computer scientists, is as important as learning to read and write, and should be developed by all people. The highlight of its relevance in the modern world has since influenced the development of educational programs and initiatives aimed at promoting computational thinking skills among students and teachers. By using a combination of plugged in and unplugged activities, educators can provide a comprehensive computational thinking learning experience, fostering deeper conceptual understanding, and preparing individuals for problem solving in both digital and non-digital domains. Our survey region is in this context, seeking to alternate between plugged and unplugged activities, aiming to enhance this style of thinking. Thus, the question that guided our research was: How can Computational Thinking be enhanced from a workshop in a hybrid format (mixing plugged-in, unplugged approaches and project development)? To answer our question, we designed a computational thinking workshop in the suggested format, being applied to three classes of the seventh year of Elementary School II of a public school in the interior of Minas Gerais, for further analysis according to a qualitative study. These data were produced from the workshop application, and stored through videos, audios and written records. In our analysis, we sought to observe how the computational concepts - Sequence, Loops, Events, Parallelism, Conditionals, Operators and Data were being manipulated and tangential; we also observed how the four pillars of the CP – Problem Decomposition, Abstraction, Pattern Recognition and Algorithms – were explored and manipulated by the students throughout the activities. The research data gave us clues about the potentialization of this style of thinking in the students involved as they progressed in the activities, in addition to having corroborated the importance of the diversity of approaches in the classroom and how external factors act strongly in the school context.en
