EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL COMO INSTRUMENTO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS PARA TORNAR AS ATIVIDADES PESQUEIRAS MAIS SUSTENTÁVEIS NO DISTRITO DE MURIQUI MANGARATIBA - RJ

Abstract

In recent years,the economic,environmentaland socialsectorshave gainedprominence in news and academic works that address these topics. The fishing activity has great economic,environmentalandsocialimportanceforBrazil.Ontheotherhand,itcancause a lot of damage to the environment if practiced irresponsibly. In order to regulate activities, the Government regulates the sector. In order to better understand the relationship between environmental education and public policies in the sector, the present work carried out a research in the literature to answer the following question: Approach, according to the literature, how environmental education can be a policy instrumentenvironmentalpolicytomakefishingactivitiesmoresustainable?Thegeneral objective of this article is to carryout an exploratoryresearch in the literaturecapable of identifying actions in favor of environmental education in fishing activities. Methodology: Thus, 13 articles were selected using the Scopus platform; 11 articles included in relation to the research topic and 5 more documents in order to compose the bibliographicbaseoftheresearch,basingthechoices andconceptsdiscussedthroughout the work. Applications: The research is relevant for a better understanding of the topic, for example, Result: The elaboration of a research instrument in a future work.

Nos últimos anos os setores da economia, ambiental e social, ganharam destaques em notícias e em trabalhos acadêmicos que abordam estes temas. A atividade pesqueira tem grande importância econômica, ambiental e social para o Brasil. Em contrapartida, ela pode trazer muitos danos ao meio ambiente se for praticada de maneira irresponsável. A fim de regulamentar as atividades, o Governo normatiza o setor. De modo a entender melhor a relação entre a educação ambiental e as políticas públicas no setor, o presente trabalho realizou uma pesquisa na literatura para responder a seguinte questão: Abordagem, de acordo com a literatura, como a educação ambiental pode ser um instrumento de política pública ambiental para tornar as atividades pesqueiras mais sustentáveis? O objetivo geral deste artigo é investigar a percepção dos pescadores do Distrito de Muriqui-Mangaratiba-RJ, no que diz respeito à educação ambiental. Metodologia: De maneira que foram selecionados 13 artigos com a utilização da plataforma Scopus; 11 artigos incluídos com relação ao tema da pesquisa e mais 5 documentos de forma a compor a base bibliográfica da pesquisa, fundamentando as escolhas e conceitos debatidos ao longo do trabalho. Aplicações: A pesquisa é relevante paraummelhorentendimentosobreotema,comoporexemplo,Resultado:Aelaboração de um instrumento de pesquisa em um trabalho futuro.
