IMPACTOS DO EMPREENDEDORISMO NA CARREIRA DOS ENFERMEIROS: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA SOBRE EMPREENDER NA ENFERMAGEM

Abstract

Nurses have always played an intrinsic role in the history of the world, and today is no different. These professionals are responsible for caring for people, providing assistance services, and ensuring the well-being of society. They are the ones who offer support and comfort to patients and their families. Autonomy in the profession is crucial for career advancement of these professionals, enabling a more effective contribution to the population. Choosing to venture into entrepreneurship becomes an excellent option. Moreover, given some challenges faced, such as lack of autonomy, recognition, and valuation, the development of entrepreneurship in the nursing field also points to a significant potential solution to these problems. In this context, an integrative literature review was conducted to understand the relationship between Entrepreneurship and Nursing in the current state. The qualitative analysis and exploratory research of 27 articles, published from 2018 to 2022 in databases such as the Virtual Health Library (VHL), Scopus, and PubMed, revealed an upward trend in this area. The results obtained have significant implications, providing insights for professionals considering entrepreneurship in the nursing field to add value to their career. Furthermore, they contribute to the understanding of the evolution of the literature and encourage the development of new research on the topic.

Os enfermeiros sempre tiveram um papel intrínseco na história do mundo, e hoje não é diferente. Esses profissionais são responsáveis por cuidar das pessoas, prestar serviços de assistência e garantir o bem-estar da sociedade. São eles que oferecem amparo e confortam os pacientes e familiares. A autonomia na profissão é crucial para o avanço na carreira desses profissionais, possibilitando uma contribuição mais efetiva para a população. Optar por empreender na área torna-se uma excelente opção. Além de que, diante de alguns desafios enfrentados, como, falta de autonomia, reconhecimento e valorização, o desenvolvimento do empreendedorismo na área da Enfermagem também aponta relevante potencial de solução à esses problemas. Nesse contexto, foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura para compreender a relação entre Empreendedorismo e Enfermagem no estado atual. A análise qualitativa e pesquisas exploratórias de 27 artigos, publicados de 2018 a 2022 em bases de dados como Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Scopus e PubMed, revelaram uma tendência ascendente nessa área. Os resultados obtidos têm implicações significativas, proporcionando insights para profissionais que consideram empreender na área de enfermagem para agregar valor à sua carreira. Além disso, contribuem para o entendimento da evolução da literatura e incentivam o desenvolvimento de novas pesquisas sobre o tema.
