The core of the present work is to expand developments in order to understand the processes of subjectivation that result from the experience of gendered racism produced and re-updated in the perspective of coloniality. By adopting an intersectional methodology thinking about race and gender, this dissertation discusses gendered racism and its oppressions specifically directed at militant black women. Linked to a political context of resistance and demand for a place of speech, listening, and action, the State Forum of Black Women of Rio de Janeiro (FEMNegras/RJ) assumes the leading role here as a space for the construction of knowledge. Thinking about the subjectivation processes is also thinking about the body as a marker of languages. In this sense, mental health is assimilated as a multifactorial aspect that directly influences certain psychosocial spaces where black women transit and claim the good life, as an example: in their family environment, labor market, education, health, science, among others. The ‘Pauta Preta Livre’ project was investigated as a central point of observation to collect the narratives and select the interviewees. This dissertation aimed to analyze the relationships between colonial traumas and the movements of reexistence against colonials produced in the narratives of militant life of black women from FEMNegras/RJ. Additionally, to reflect through the studies of quilombos how the black women of FEMNegras/RJ are constituted, move and sustain themselves denouncing the racist and sexist violence crossing physical, psychic, and mental aspects. Given the discussions interpreted, it can be considered from the existence and performance of FEMNegras/RJ that the consciousness of a black female political collective institution acts as a driving force in both the public spaces pressing the power of the State, as well as, forming black women who are increasingly at the forefront of this process of denouncing necropolitics. Reparative dimensions and the construction of socio-emotional support networks act on the self-esteem of black women. These contents appear in every way produced by the interviewees when they emphasize the subjective content of being a militant in FEMNegras/RJ. Finally, the perspective of the quilombo as a continuum of the organization of insurgent black communities appears as important analytic re-signifying meanings about the ways of inhabiting the land and its social and subjective dynamics.en
