Resumo

This research aims to address the problem of teaching philosophy in relation to experience and the production of meaning in the word. We start from the hypothesis that there is a considerable difficulty with written language among young high school students. We seek to think about the possible origins of this difficulty, pointing to the relationships between the word, the production of meaning, and the lived experience, placing the philosophical activity itself in the texts and contexts where the singular experience of existence occurs. We use the works of Heidegger and Bakhtin as a theoretical framework, seeking a dialogue between what concerns both in the construction of the idea of being as a singular, unique presence that finds its home in language. We find in the concept of experience, as proposed by Jorge Larrosa, a synthesis of the central ideas of Heidegger and Bakhtin. In the field of literacy, we use the studies of Magda Soares and Ângela Kleiman as to what they bring from critical analysis of learning and the use of written language, as well as the school understood as the main literacy agent. Understanding philosophy as an activity, as a human power for the foundation/ inscription of its presence in the world; as an enunciative and discursive power of the self (not as an atomized being, but as a participant) that must flourish as various narratives of (re) existence and resistance, we intend to provoke, from the curriculum to the methodology, a reflection on the possibilities and paths of its teaching. Finally, as a product, we bring the report and the trajectory of an experience carried out with high school students from the Colégio Estadual Almirante Álvaro Alberto, located in Paraty, RJ, in the implementation of a school radio.
