NARRATIVAS ESCREVIVENTES: POSSIBILIDADES DE COSMOAMEFRICANIZAR CUIDADOS NA PSICOLOGIA CLÍNICA

Abstract

This research is based on the desire to contribute to the development of practices in Psychology that are aligned with the Brazilian context, incorporating Cosmo-African epistemological and methodological perspectives, inspired by Oyèrónkẹ́ Oyěwùmí and Lélia Gonzalez. Given the understanding that subjectivities and identities are constructed in relation and through the symbolic and imaginary order, I chose to crossroads knowledge sewn between Ethnic-Racial Relations, Literature and Psychology. From the traces and traces of thought that needs care, which are also found in the common experiences of black women, I chose intersectionality, presented by Kimberlé Crenshaw to intersect racism, sexism, among other social and dynamic markers, which transformed the difference in inequality. To expand the possibilities of psychotherapeutic care, I fictionalized the fiction in the exercise of writing as I learned with Conceição Evaristo and in dialogue with Master Nego Bispo's notion of confluence. I analyzed the three short stories "Maria do Rosário Imaculada dos Santos," "Rose Dusreis" and "Regina Anastácia" from the work Insubmissas Lágrimas de Mulheres, produced by Conceição Evaristo. From a fictional perspective, I assumed the dimension of a psychological practice and care for the characters from cosmoamerican perspectives, considering the intersectionality and singularities of each one, as if they were providing services in Clinical Psychology. The research emphasized the power of black women's insubordination to speak on their own behalf. He highlighted the importance of the psychoanalytic dimension of remembering, repeating and elaborating as a possibility of resisting and re-existing patriarchal racism, indicated by Jurema Werneck, and emphasized the claim for one's own rights as a fundamental action for subjective and collective transformation. He pointed out the need to integrate these perspectives in teaching and psychological practices with racialized and gendered studies, as highlighted by Grada Kilomba. Furthermore, he warned about the impossible neutrality in clinical care and care on the part of the Psychology professional so that identification with social categories does not harm the therapeutic process and the effectiveness of care. The study also indicates that Psychology in current times faces the challenge of understanding social dynamics in the construction of subjectivities, without compromising each person's autonomy.

A presente pesquisa parte do desejo em contribuir para o desenvolvimento de práticas em Psicologia que se alinhem ao contexto brasileiro, incorporando perspectivas epistemológicas e metodológicas cosmoamefricanas, inspiradas em Oyèrónkẹ́ Oyěwùmí e Lélia Gonzalez. Diante do entendimento de que as subjetividades e as identidades são construídas em relação e pela ordem simbólica e imaginária, escolhi encruzilhar saberes costurados entre as Relações Étnico-Raciais, Literatura e Psicologia. A partir dos rastros e vestígios do pensamento que precisa de cuidado, que também são encontrados nas experiências do em comum, de mulheres negras, escolhi a interseccionalidade, apresentada Kimberlé Crenshaw para interseccionar racismo, sexismo, entre outros marcadores sociais e dinâmicos, que transformaram a diferença em desigualdade. Para ampliar as possibilidades de cuidado psicoterapêutico, ficcionei a ficção no exercício de escrevivência como aprendi com Conceição Evaristo e em diálogo com a noção de confluência do Mestre Nego Bispo. Analisei os três contos "Maria do Rosário Imaculada dos Santos," "Rose Dusreis" e "Regina Anastácia" da obra Insubmissas Lágrimas de Mulheres, produzida por Conceição Evaristo. A partir de uma perspectiva ficcional, assumi a dimensão de uma prática psicológica e de cuidado com as personagens pelas perspectivas cosmoamefricanas, considerando a interseccionalidade e singularidades de cada uma, como se elas estivessem realizando atendimento na Psicologia Clínica. A pesquisa deu ênfase a potência da insubmissão de mulheres negras falarem em seu próprio nome. Destacou a importância da dimensão psicanalítica do recordar, repetir e elaborar como possibilidade de resistir e reexistir ao racismo patriarcal, indicado por Jurema Werneck, e enfatizou a reivindicação dos próprios direitos como uma ação fundamental para transformação subjetiva e coletiva. Apontou a necessidade de integrar essas perspectivas no ensino e nas práticas psicológicas aos estudos racializados e genderizados, como salientou Grada Kilomba. Além disso, alertou quanto a impossível neutralidade nos atendimentos clínicos e ao cuidado por parte da profissional de Psicologia para que a identificação com as categorias sociais não prejudique o processo terapêutico e a eficácia do atendimento. O estudo também sinaliza que a Psicologia nos tempos atuais, tem como desafio compreender as dinâmicas sociais na construção de subjetividades, sem comprometer a autonomia de cada pessoa.
