AS CONTRIBUIÇÕES DA ERGOLOGIA PARA O CAMPO DE PESQUISAS ACERCA DAS CONDIÇÕES DE TRABALHO NO CONTEXTO OFFSHORE

Abstract

This report presents a selection of articles that were developed in the doctoral research. The objective of the research was to analyze issues regarding offshore working conditions based on the contributions of Ergology. Along the way, articles were developed that address this topic, affected by the effects of the pandemic, the relationships established with Production Engineering and Occupational Safety. Also included in this trajectory are articles that highlight Ergology and its trends in Brazil, as well as the relationship between Ergology and work psychology. These publications used different methodologies, sometimes in a combined form: bibliographic research, bibliometric research and semi-structured interviews (inspired by the instruction to the double). This research fills a gap that exists regarding the analysis of offshore work from the ergological framework, which contributes to the scientific advancement of interest to Production Engineering.

Este relatório apresenta uma seleção de artigos que foram desenvolvidos na pesquisa de doutoramento. O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar questões acerca das condições de trabalho offshore a partir das contribuições da Ergologia. No percurso, foram desenvolvidos artigos que tratam dessa temática atravessada pelos efeitos da pandemia, pelas relações estabelecidas com a Engenharia de Produção e com a Segurança do Trabalho. Também compuseram essa trajetória artigos que destacam a Ergologia e suas tendências no Brasil, assim como a relação da Ergologia com a psicologia do trabalho. Tais publicações contaram com metodologias distintas, às vezes de forma combinada: pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa bibliométrica e entrevistas semiestruturadas (inspiração na instrução ao sósia). Essa pesquisa preenche uma lacuna que existe a respeito da análise do trabalho offshore a partir do referencial ergológico, o que contribui para o avanço científico de interesse da Engenharia de Produção.
